What we believe
We built Yunara on a few specific beliefs about how creator marketing should work.
Creator marketing is a research problem, not a coordination problem. If you know exactly which creators fit your brand, what your audience already cares about, and what your competitors are doing right now, the rest of the work almost runs itself. The hard part is doing that research well, which is where most agencies spend the least time.
Proposals should contain answers, not aspirations. Most agencies send decks full of aspirational language and stock imagery. We send documents with named creators, projected reach, cost breakdowns, and competitive context — documents you can actually act on, edit, and approve line by line.
The best campaigns are specific. Specific creators, specific budgets, specific outcomes. We prefer committing to what we will actually do over describing what we could theoretically do, and we prefer narrow confident claims over broad vague ones.
Every campaign should leave us smarter. We track performance against our predictions, update our internal creator scores, and refine our match models after every engagement. The second campaign we run for you should be sharper than the first. The tenth should be sharper than the ninth.

How we work
Yunara engagements follow a five-step process: research, proposal, outreach and negotiation, execution, and reporting. Each step is designed around a specific deliverable rather than a specific duration, and each one hands off a document you can act on to the next.
We invest in proprietary infrastructure to do the research-heavy work at a scale traditional agencies cannot match with their headcount. This includes a structured brand intelligence pipeline, a creator scoring framework applied consistently across every engagement, and a proposal format built around specific claims rather than general promises.

Yunara operates from Germany and works with brands in Europe, North America, and Asia. Our process is category-agnostic, but we currently spend the most time on beauty and skincare brands — that is where we started and where we have the deepest vertical knowledge today.
