What a proposal looks like

Every Yunara engagement starts with a research-backed proposal: named creators, projected reach, cost breakdown, competitive context. A document you can edit and approve, not a pitch deck.

From a recent brand research engagement

K-beauty brand expanding into Western creator markets:
7 creators shortlisted · combined reach 2.1M
Projected engagement rate: 4.2%
Estimated campaign cost: $3,200 – $4,100
Top match: nano creator, 48K followers, 6.1% engagement, 3 competitor collaborations in last 6 months

What we bring

Research depth

Every creator comes with engagement metrics, audience signals, content-fit analysis, and competitive context. Not a spreadsheet of handles.

Named creators

Proposals include specific creators, not "we'll find someone." You see who, why, and at what price before you commit.

Transparent pricing

Creator costs, agency commission, total spend. No hidden markups. 20% commission on total campaign value.

What we do

Single campaigns

A product launch, a seasonal push, or a market entry. Research, creator shortlist, outreach, negotiation, execution, and reporting. Best for brands trying creator marketing without committing to an ongoing program.

Ongoing creator programs

Monthly engagement, rolling creator calendar, consistent reporting, and a proprietary scoring framework that gets sharper every campaign. Best for brands running two or more campaigns per quarter.

Market entry programs

For brands entering unfamiliar markets or creator ecosystems. Deep category research, positioning check, creator network build, and the first three campaigns. Common case: Asian brands launching into Western markets and vice versa.

Creator network audits

We evaluate your current creator relationships, score performance against category benchmarks, identify gaps, and deliver a strategic recommendation. Useful as a second opinion before switching agencies.

"Most agencies send decks. We send documents with named creators, projected reach, and a cost breakdown you can approve line by line."

How we work

Research your brand, your competitors, and the creators whose audiences overlap with yours. One to two weeks.

Propose a named-creator shortlist you can edit, reshape, and approve line by line.

Execute the campaign end-to-end: outreach, negotiation, contracts, content review, timeline management, and reporting. You see every piece of work before it reaches the public.

Who we are

Yunara was founded by Niklas Henke, a software engineer and serial founder who built Yunara's research and operations infrastructure from the ground up. Niklas leads every client relationship personally.

Behind the client relationship is a research and campaign operations system that lets Yunara cover more ground than a traditional agency team. We profile thousands of creators per engagement, run competitive analysis across entire verticals, and generate proposals with a depth of research that would take a conventional team weeks.
